Please make sure you have entered correct FTP server info. Please visit:
http://www.drivehq.com/ftp/ and click on FAQ, Expand All to find our FTP info. The FTP server is working fine. If it doesn't work, please try some other popular FTP client software, such as FileZilla, CuteFTP, etc. you can also try:
ftp://USERNAME:PASSWORD@ftp.drivehq.com/ using Internet Explorer.
If it doesn't work, then you really need to check your network settings, check if you have any firewall or antivirus software that have blocked FTP or DriveHQ.
It is also strongly recommended to use DriveHQ FileManager for uploading large / many files.
