When did your problem start? If it worked before on this computer, please check if there were any recent changes to this computer. Anti-virus software updates (and Windows/MS Office Updates) sometimes cause issues. If you have another PC, please test it on that PC. If it works on that PC, then the problem can be isolated to this PC. Rebooting your PC might solve the problem.

If you still cannot solve the problem, please open WebDAV Drive Mapping Tool, click Advanced, then click Event Logs and click "Send event logs to support".
