Thank you for your comment. Please send an email to support@drivehq.com with more detail as to the issue you are experiencing so that we may duplicate and troubleshoot. For example, was this a shared or published folder? Are you attempting to download from a web browser, ftp, webdav, filemanager, etc? Keep in mind, the browser will not allow you to download entire folders at a time - you will need to logon with DriveHQ FileManager for this.
