Hi,I am using yours FTP service right now under the account akhil1018,Right now I am facing an issue regarding  FTP account.I could not able to download data and connect to ftp via Filezila .Let me know ,What is the issue happened there,Since  I am depending upon your service to Carry my works

 Thanks for reaching out to us. Looking into your account, there does not appear to be any issue with download or storage capacity that would play any role in removing your ability to transfer content via FTP. Would you be able to provide any more detail regarding the error presented by FileZilla? You can send the complete ftp progress/error log to support@drivehq.com for the most rapid responses.
