I have the email client in my phone configured with the DriveHQ settings. However, when I send an email with an attachment the attachment is received as code in the email, not a separate file. How can I rectify this? I am using a Sony Ericsson K310i. Thanks.

We have tested it with Windows Mobile and Pocket PC. As we are using standard SMTP/POP3 protocol, could you check your hardware vendor? They might have a fix. Or if they can point out why it works with Outlook but not with the device, that will help us work out a solution for your phone.
