Can you logon www.drivehq.com website? Can you logon DriveHQ FileManager?
If this problem is not resolved, please email us more detailed info about your OS type, version, language and 32-bit or 64-bit. We also need to know at which step does the application fail to connect. A screenshot showing the error message will be very helpful.
