I have just subscribed to the 50 GB Subscription Service. I have used 35 MB of storage and now get an error message sayying my limit is exceeded and that i need to upgrade my subscription. WHats going on?????

We looked at your account and see that you allocated all your storage space and donwload bytes to your sub-user.  Please go to your group admin page and lower the sub-user's storage space and download bytes.  They will be re-allocated to your main account.
