I am trying to set up to batch information from one store to another but I can't figure out what to use for the directory.  Is it just drivehq/wwwhome???

I am not sure about your question. But since you mentioned wwwhome, I assume you want to use our static web hosting service and probably FTP service as well. To use our Web Hosting and FTP hosting service for business, you need to order a business plan.

You can then enable your website first if it is not already enabled. Please click this link after you log in to your account:

Enable/Disable Website  ( https://www.drivehq.com/homepages/ActivateHomePage.aspx )

Your static website is accessible at:

https://USERNAME.firstcloudit.com

If you use FTP service to upload your website files, please log in to ftp.drivehq.com and upload files to the FTP folder (directory):

    /wwwhome

Files in the /wwwhome directory can be accessed at:

   https://USERNAME.firstcloudit.com/FILENAME

Yes, I am already subscribed to the business plan.  I just need to know the directory.  I created a folder in my documents, but what is the entire directory path that I need to put into the computer when I am trying to run a batch?

If you want to access your cloud files from Windows command-line commands / batch files, first of all, you need to map cloud storage as a local drive. Please install DriveHQ WebDAV Drive Mapping Tool software and map a cloud drive first. If you have any question on this, please watch this Video:

If you are familiar with FTP, you can also use command-line FTP. DriveHQ has a command-line FTP client that supports FTP scripting.
