Hi, I keep getting a pop up message "could not open msg file".  What does this mean?  Thanks

Could you please tell us more details on how to duplicate the problem? Is it DriveHQ FileManager, or DriveHQ Online Backup?

Please restart the application to fix the problem. If it doesn't help, please reboot your computer. Note closing the application window doesn't close the application. You need to right click on the Tray Icon, and select quit to quit the application.
