I have only signed onto a true type account last week and uploaded some files (less than 50mb)

When I logged on this week, it mentions that I have exceeded my bandwidth!! There were minimal downloads during this period of time so how can it be possible?

Also, i am getting a Red Notice up top beside the "My Account & Group Admin" tabs stating:

Bandwidth: used 5.01MB/total 0 B?

All your download bytes were allocated to the sub-user. You may allocate the download bytes from sub-user by logging on to your account -> group admin -> select the sub-user -> set storage. Please note, your sub-user(s) and you will be sharing the same storage space and download bytes within the account.

I put a few files in the same folder and an error is coming which says  Bandwidth used 411MB/ 406MB. Now i cannot download my files. Please help me how to resolve this issue.

If you have reached your maximum bandwith, please upgrade to a paid account.
