I have been using Syncbackse to transfer files for the past 6 months . As of today it cannot connect. I also tried to connect with cuteftp and that also will not connect. Is there a problem on your side that this will not connect today? I have not changed any settings on the sycnbackse . I do connct using filemanager 4.0 though .

All is working fine again. That drove me crazy for hours!! I hope that doesn't happen to often.What was the problem?

That rarely happens; and when it happens, usually it is fixed very quickly.

Also, FYI, we plan to launch a new site for business customers. So in the future, it will be even more reliable. Plus, the web-based service and FileManager can be used as a backup to the FTP service and vice versa.
