Sorry, please note DriveHQ never automatically charge your credit card or PayPal. By default, we don't keep your credit card numbers. If you need to upgrade your service, please make a new online order and then cancel the older subscription.
To cancel an older subscription, please logon http://www.drivehq.com/. click on My Account, then click on Transaction History --> Current Subscription.
If you've ordered annual service before and wish to apply the remaining credit to your new order, please make a deposit to your account and email us. We will take care of it. Otherwise, there is no need to contact us. Your remaining "Service Coupon Balance" will be automatically used to pay for the new monthly service charge.
