DriveHQ.com is designed for Cloud IT service and shall not be used for security cameras. CameraFTP.com is optimized for security cameras and it does not offer cloud IT service. If you already have an account on one site, and if you need the other service, you must sign up a new account using a different username and email address on the other site.
