when i look in the backups location \DriveHQData\DriveHQ WWWBackup\Data\ to try remove some older backups i notice that the backups folder is empty, where is all my backup data?

 Hi Pagemark, 

It seems that you have several backup tasks in various subuser accounts, but the main Pagemark account does not have any backup tasks setup. Please logon to the subuser that you want to see the backup data for. This is done from the Group Admin tool. You can see the status of all subusers' backup tasks from the Backup Management page:https://www.drivehq.com/OnlineBackup/BackupManager.aspx
