Please note you can access your files/folders from the web browser, or from DriveHQ FileManager, or any FTP client software.If you can upload a file and if you don't see any error message, then the files should have been uploaded successfully. You can check it out from Internet Explorer. In some special cases, you might need to refresh DriveHQ FileManager or any FTP client software.
Internet Explorer can also be used as an FTP client using this URL:
ftp://USERNAME:PASSWORD@ftp.drivehq.com/
It is strongly recommended using DriveHQ FileManager.
