Hi everybody,
excuse for my english language (I'm Italian)

the problem:

I subscibed my paid account on 5/13/2008 for 1 GB Subscription Service (annual)

I paid 29.99 on 5/13/2008
I paid 29.99 on 5/4/2009
Now I find Cash Balance: $-13.30 It's a real strange kind of math

After a better look...
I find There are many “duplicated monthly withdraws”
(2 withdraws every month with the same time)

Please correct, I've paid for a 2 years service and I can't use it.

I checked the problem and found the cause. Please note when you renew your subscription, you only needed to make a new payment. Do NOT order a new subscription.

Your old subscription automatically renews (otherwise, we would have to delete all your files when we cancel your old subscription).

I have canceled the duplicate subscription and credited your account for $20.
