Is there a filter that can be set up at drivehq?? So that the mail that comes in is divided between the Inbox and a Spam or Junk box? Or, does all mail come in and then have to be filterd say, when it comes through Outlook??

DriveHQ has recently implemented a very powerful spam filter. All incoming emails are filtered globally. Most of un-trusted IP addresses, esp. those dynamic IP addresses are blocked from sending emails to DriveHQ. Based on a set of sophisticated criteria, emails are rated with a spam score and tagged with [Spam *] ... [Spam ****], with [Spam ****] means highest probability of a spam email.

To automatically filter spam emails, you need to use an email client that supports "email rules", such as Outlook and Outlook Express. You can add a rule to your Outlook to automatically move emails with subject line tagged with [Spam...] to the junk mail folder.

Is the best way to use File Manager in the same way as uploading a text file?? Just wondered if by chance there were a speedier way! Thanx.

If you are using a PC, FileManager is the best way to upload/download files on DriveHQ.com. Otherwise, please use DriveHQ FTP to upload/download. For more info about DriveHQ FTP service, please visit: http://www.drivehq.com/ftp/
