I have tried to change my password but each time it says that the current password is wrong. The current password is correct so why is this occuring. Also I seem to be able to ftp to my folders uisng my web site user  log on and my actual user ID as shown on my account details. this is verey confusing. any ideas?

Sorry we cannot duplicate your problem. Please send an email to DriveHQ customer support with a screenshot showing your problem. In the meantime, I would recommend to log off and log on again, then try again. You can also try a different web browser and see if the problem still happens.

 Hello dear reader,

 

Can you tell me where I can find my secure password or how to reset it?

Because I can't delete my recordings and I think I have never had a secure password.

I only have my normal password.
