Been using FileManager ok yesterday now it has stopped copying all files that I drag from the local C: drive to the DriveHQ storage

When I drag a file / folder to DriveHQ it seems to create the entries in the 'progress' window at the bottom of the FileManager screen but immediately processes through them instantly - so fast I can't read what it has put there.   - Nothing is copied, no error message is displayed.

 

I suspect that this happen yesterday because not all of the files I had expected to be transferred to DriveHQ are there now

 

I Unistalled the filemanager and reinstalled it but this hasn't changed anything.   There is space in the DriveHQ account

It seems the same files/folders have been uploaded before. Please note DriveHQ FileManager / Online Backup automatically skips uploading/downloading the same files if the destination folder has the same files.

If this is not the case, please email DriveHQ customer support a screenshot showing the local folder and remote folder.
