I'm able to open files, but unable to download and save. I get the pop up box that gives the progress of the download, then freezes. Anyone have any answers?

Downloading files is extremely easy using any web browser. Just check a file and click on Download.
If you cannot figure it out, maybe you can try our FileManager client software. Please download it from:
http://www.drivehq.com/downloads/downloadfilemanager.aspx
