The file is there to download but when you click on it , it says the file does not exist.  This problem started today.  Any suggestions as to the problem-has anyone else experienced this?

I'm having the same problem... the file is listed at 57kb but I can't get access to it.

My Drive HQ file manager won't open.  I thought that it may be because my account was negative.  I usually just make a deposit from the file manager.  This time you guys sent me an email, so I went ahead and made a deposit to my account.  It still won't open.  Do I have to reinstall the software or what?

Never-mind.  I was running an older version of the file manager.  I downloaded the new one and it works.

Thanks for getting back to me so soon.  Wait you didn't get back to me.  Never-mind that too.

No, you don't need to re-install FileManager. Even if your account is negative, you should still be able to open FileManager. DriveHQ offers 1 month grace period. So if your account balance becomes negative, your service should not be impacted within 1 month. After 1 month, you can still open FileManager. You can still upload files and manage files, but you cannot download any large files.

If you cannot open FileManager, probably it is already running? If so, you can click on the small FileManager icon in the System Notification area (bottom-right corner of your screen) to open it.

Likewise, I double-click DriveHQ FileManager but it will never show window.  All it ever does is create an icon on Taskbar.  Right-clicking the icon gives 3 options...

1) DriveHQ File Manager 6.0, 2) Pin to taskbar & 3) Close Window.

Will try installing an earlier version to see if same problem affect all Drive HQ File Managers?

I installed the following version DriveHQ FileManager 6.0.1.1107 x64 (13.06.19) and YES, it opens window as it should.  Something up with latest versions?

We have not received any reports about the problem. Could you please reboot your PC and try again? If you have another PC, please try on it as well. Problems like this is usually caused by anti-virus software/security software, or sometimes your Windows need to be rebooted (esp. if you installed Windows Update).
