I'm trying to get DriveHQ WebDAV to work with my app.  Storing files works fine.  But when I try to fetch a file, the HTTP status code is 200, however the fetched file content is "The specified file doesn't exist".  This should be a 404 status code, except for the fact that the file does exist.  I'm at a complete loss as to what is going on.  This app works with 6 other WebDAV providers, just not DriveHQ.

I'm using "https://webdav.drivehq.com" as the server path.  I have tried this for files in the root folder, and also files in subfolders.  The filename is "simple.txt" so it's not an issue with encoding or spaces.

A little more information.  This is working:

PUT /simple.txt HTTP/1.1
Authorization: Basic xxxxxxxxxxx
Content-Length: 12

content here

but this is not:

GET /simple.txt HTTP/1.1
Authorization: Basic xxxxxxxxxxxxx

The error message means you used incorrect WebDAV file path (URL path). Please provide the detailed information about how your app connects to our WebDAV server, how it logs in and what URL (path) it uses to access a file.

The following tutorial video tells how to map a WebDAV drive on Windows without using any 3rd party client software. It uses DriveHQ's WebDAV Server as an example. Please watch it. It can provide some initial information about how to access files via WebDAV.

You can also use a Secure WebDAV URL, which is described at:

https://www.drivehq.com/help/doc/EnterpriseWebDAVSolution/EnterpriseWebDAV-DriveMapping.htm

On Windows and Mac, we offer WebDAV Drive Mapping Tool software. Users just need to install the software to map a cloud drive.

As this is a public forum, and messages can be read by anybody on the Internet, I recommend sending an email to DriveHQ support with the detailed information about the issue. We need to know how you logs in to the WebDAV server.
