I'm a PAID member, but when I try to access my website http://jalarron.drivehq.com/ the system gives me the following error:

The requested file: "\wwwhome\home.htm" is not found.

And the file home.htm is the corresponding folder.

Thanks,

Javier

By default, the website should be activated for Paid or True members. Some users prefer to delete all default folder / files, or delete the "Publish" of wwwhome folder, this results the website error. To correct the error, please logon www.drivehq.com, click on "Publish" on top, then click on "Publish Website" in the left-hand side. You can then disable your website and then re-enable it.

In the future, if you want to update your website files, you can simply copy your HTML files into the wwwhome folder using DriveHQ FileManager client.
