Hi,

How do I import the user's address using the DriveHQ Active Directory Integration?

Thank you,

The Active Directory Integration and SSO service is included in our Enterprise Plans. However, you can try the service for free. You just need to download the Active Directory Integration Agent from:

https://www.drivehq.com/downloads/ADAgentSSO.aspx

Please install the software on a Windows server that joined the Active Directory domain (or the Active Director domain server). The software will run as a Windows service. So it will run even if nobody is logged on to the server.

Launch the software GUI, log in with your DriveHQ group owner username and password, then in the Settings page, enter your AD domain name and the AD admin's username and password. After that, it can display your AD user list. You can then import the users to your DriveHQ group account.

If you use AD Integration, you must keep the AD domain server. For a small business, it might be easier to switch to DriveHQ cloud without using AD integration. DriveHQ offers the web-based "Group Admin" tool. You can create / edit sub-users and subgroups. For more detailed information, please watch the first 2 tutorial videos:

The Active Directory Integration & SSO feature is available to non-enterprise customers for a small fee. Please contact DriveHQ sales for more info.
