Hi, my scheduled back ups only run when logged in on the server and running the backup app. It is running as a service so should it not run without being logged in ?

The current version 3.8 DriveHQ Online Backup can only run in application mode, not service mode. (A part of code runs in service mode, but not all).

The upcoming 4.0 release will run as a service. For now, please don't log off your PC; instead, please use the Lock PC feature of Windows OS.
