Hi,

I was using ftp graphical client gftp to uplaod files to my storage without any problem but since few days when i connect with gftp, after connection, cannot browse the root folder and files in there is written:

0

mean there is zero files, but when i login to my account with web browser there are folders and all my uploaded files and can uploade files with drivehq file manager.

Hi, this is an unusual problem that we have not heard of before.  Can you duplicate the problem at any time?  Please contact a support member at support@drivehq.com for help about this problem.

 ho regolarmente effettuato il pagamento mensile ma non riesco ad utilizzare il server che mi scrive:

Test ... Fallito
Utente o password non corretta

Le impostazioni che ho sempre indicato sono le seguenti:

 

 
FTP Porta
FTP Utente
FTP Password
Upload cartella FTP
FTP Modalita
  Settare il primo e Testarlo
Upload immagine adesso

 

Potete  indicarmi con urgenza la souzion del problema?

Thank you for your inquiry. Please note there are restrictions for free FTP users:
 
1. The FTP connection frequency must be no greater than 6 times per minute.
In some cases, the limit might be less.
2. The max logon times is 25 times per day. On top of this you get 100 FTP
logons when you open account which can be drained after you use your 25 on
any given day.
 
If you violate either of these restrictions, your IP may become blocked for two hours. If you continue to log on after this, your account may become disabled and you would need to contact us to have it re-enabled. 
 
With any paid subscription, there is no restriction on max # of logons.
However, the connection frequency must still be kept to 10 times per minute or lower. You can use our proftp.drivehq.com server which is reserved for paying members.

la presente solo per confermare che  ho avuto il problema dopo aver pagato il canone mesile

(pago il canone da da 3 mesi) 

ho interrotto ogni connessione  ed ogni accesso  da circa 20 ore ma non riesco ugualmente ad accedere attraverso ftp.

Occorre forse riattivare il servizio da parte vostra?

continuo a non poter accedere al servizio ftp da telecamere ip

comunico che ove perduara tale situazione mi vedrò costretto a disdire l'abbonamento.

Riporto, di seguito,  estratto dei miei versmentti effettuati da cui  risulta che l'ultimo mensile effettuato è del

20-12-2012 e quindi dovrei avere pagato  il servizio  fino al 20 genn 2012
