Since I upgraded to Online Backup Version 4.0 I'm not able to backup network drives?! I get an error that It can't find the files even if I've mounted them on z: etc.
I've tried to create a new one but nothing works?!

This is the errormessage: "Fail to connect network path: \\hal\fileshare\Please make sure the service logon account can access the network path. The system cannot find the path specified."

Sorry for the inconvenience. DriveHQ Online Backup 4.0 added a new feature by default - the software now runs in service mode. So even if nobody is logged on, the backup process can still run. Now this introduced new issues with network backup. Please visit this page for more details:

Basically, you just need to change the "Windows service logon user" of Online Backup service.
