Could you please fix your server clocks. Mine is off by about 3 minutes. This is not a big issue, but it throws me off when I view my automated backups. Better yet, use ntp or rdate to ping a time server and keep your clocks running correctly.

Thanks.

Hi, thanks for letting me know. It's fixed. We had NTP setup correctly before; but it seems firewall has blocked it from working for a few weeks now.

The time stamps are 1 hour behind and the clock on the camera show is still 8 hours fast. Please fix it.

Hi Scott, in your case, it seems you use our FTP Service for security cameras. DriveHQ's FTP Service does have this time issue, which we will try to fix it in the very near future.

We have a better and more optimized FTP service for security cameras.  It is recommended using CameraFTP.com for security cameras. ( DriveHQ.com offers Cloud IT Service for SMBs. It is not designed for security cameras. )
