Hi,

Longtime user of DriveHQ for my personal acct.  Great cloud service.

Today I am trying to work with a second DriveHQ acct for special purposes (right now it is registered as personal) with a couple of people.

When I use the desktop file manager (my fav tool) and try to sign-in with the second account, after logging out, and then signing in with the new account, it says that the log-in fails.  Yet I can sign-in online, and I can reset the password.  However, the file manager does not clear its brain.

(I am even able to sign in remotely with the same sign-on / password through Teamviewer, and I surely could sign on with another puter here if I downloaded. Note: the Windows system I am using is only XP.)

The only thing I have not done is rebooted on this system, or killed the service.

Steven

Any help appreciated.

Spoke to support .. they picked up in about 1 second!

This may be my older 5.0 File Manager, a bug fixed.  Downloading 5.2 and checking it out.
