Hello Everyone,

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I'm having difficulty uploading Keynote files (the Mac version of PowerPoint) to DriveHQ.  What happens, basically, is that the system just hangs upon clicking, "Start Upload!" Does anyone have any tips for how to upload Keynote files to my DriveHQ account?

Thanks in advance,

Ted

Does it only happen with Keynote files? What is your Mac version and what is your browser / version?

For Mac, we also recommend using DriveHQ FTP. For more info about FTP, please visit:

http://www.drivehq.com/ftp/ click on FAQ and Expand All for details; click on Software for Mac FTP client.

Thanks for the response. Yes--the problem seems confined to Keynote Files only. I'm using Mac OS 10.5.4 and Firefox v. 3.0.1. on an iBook G4. I tried uploading Keynote files using the Cyberduck ftp, but it ended up parsing the files into images, data files, and thumbnails; no actual Keynote files ever emerged. When I try to upload Keynote files through Safari, they're not even clickable--as though the browser or Drive HQ is not recognizing them as files. A real pickle indeed.

That's quite strange. I hope some Mac experts can provide some info here. You might also try a different web browser, or contact Keynote as they probably can provide a reason?
