In order to cancel a subscription, you will need to visit your current subscriptions page and formally 'cancel' the service. Without doing this step, your negative balance will continue to incur charges.
Please click the link above to visit the current subscription page and cancel your existing subscription. Once you have canceled this, you will receive no additional emails from our billing system.
