Has anyone connected a WVC80N to this service?  I have entered everything that i can think of and i still cannot connect.  Below is my setup:

Enable motion detection: yes

Attachment type: video

Format: MP4

Precapture: 2 seconds

post capture 2 seconds

2 minutes between motion detection

Actions: FTP

FTP Server:  ftp.cameraftp.com

Login Name:  XXXXXXXXX

Password: XXXXXXXXXX

Passive Mode: enabled

File name path:  /LR

Your camera supports FTP uploading. I believe it is compatible with our service. Please contact CameraFTP support via email or phone.

To support a new camera model, usually we need the screenshots of your camera's configuration pages. Please email us the screenshots first. 

If you have quite a few such cameras, we probably can help you remotely. We can:

(1) Remotely connect to your computer and try to configure the camera for you;

(2) You can make your camera accessible from the Internet and provide your camera's username and password to us. We can then connect to your camera using a web browser and configure it for you.
