how do i delete all files at once instead of deleting a page at a time. i have been just deleting the cam and adding it back with an empty folder. anyone?

To delete all images, you can delete the camera online after you logon as your Camera Admin.

You can also batch delete files using any FTP client software such as FileZilla. You must log on with your username and secure password. Your secure password is set to be the same as your password. To delete files using FTP client, you must change your secure password online so that it is not the same as your regular password.

its a pain to have to delete each page of data one at a time. instead i have to delete the camera then reinstall it.  suggest changing this problem versus changing GUI. WEb interface. Thank you

Did you try FileZilla or any other GUI-based FTP client? You can delete all files at once if you logon as your Camera Admin.
